मैं समय हूँ…
ना रुका हूँ, ना थमा हूँ
और जब सब कुछ शून्य था
… तब भी मैं था

इस ब्रह्मांड में
अगर कोई गिनती है,
तो बस दो ही अंक हैं —
शून्य और एक

शून्य वो अनदेखा सागर है,
जहाँ ना समय है,
ना आकार,
ना जीवन की कोई परछाईं

एक वही पहला बिंदु है,
जो उस अंधेरे सागर में
पहली बार कंपित हुआ
वो बिंदु ही ईश्वर है
वही पहला प्रकाश
वही पहला ‘हाँ’

हम सब उसी
मंथन से निकले हैं,
जैसे समुद्र से निकलता है
अमृत, या जहर…
या बस कोई बीज
जो जीवन कहलाएगा

मैं शून्य से उठा हूँ
और उसी की ओर
लौट रहा हूँ
शून्य मेरी माँ है,
एक परम पिता

हम सब उस
एक कम्पन की गूंज हैं,
जो आज भी ब्रह्मांड में
गूंजती जा रही है…
जिसे कुछ लोग कहते हैं —
ॐ।

Meditation Mantra

I am Time —
Never halted, never still.
And even when there was nothing…
I was.

In this universe,
if there is any count at all,
there are only two numbers:
Zero and One.

Zero — the unseen ocean,
where there is no time,
no shape,
no shadow of life.

One — the first spark,
the very first vibration
in that dark, silent sea.
That One is God.
That One is the first light,
the first ‘Yes.’

We are all born
of that churning —
like the ocean yields nectar,
or poison…
or just a seed,
that shall one day be called Life.

I rose from Zero
and I return to it.
Zero is the Mother.
One, the Eternal Father.

We are echoes
of that one ancient vibration,
still resounding
through the fabric of space…
What some have called —
