Say Something. . . .

When silence loses its speech,
And action forgets its reach,
When even words have nothing left to teach —
Say something.

When policy masquerades as truth,
And character isn’t counted as youth,
When promises rust without proof —
Say something.

When the world celebrates in gold,
But your inner winter grows cold,
When the planet’s crowded,
Yet you’re alone, untold —
Call me… or just come close…
And say something.
